Anthem is located in Henderson, a suburb of Las Vegas with a population of approximately 235,000,  is the 5th fastest growing city in the U.S. Part of Clark County, it has its own government, taxes, police, fire and utilities.   Home prices range from the low 400's on up to multi-million.

Amenities include beautiful parks in all three communities,  a skate pit, roller hockey rink, sand volleyball courts, children's playground, ball fields and picnic tables.  Excellent schools and recreation for all ages, stunning views, easy access to The Strip, Lake Mead and McCarran Airport.

ANTHEM COUNTRY CLUB is a very private, exclusive, guard-gated private golf course community that includes higher end homes - custom homes and lots, customized productions homes and estate homes. The community features the championship Hale Irwin designed course, tennis courts, a lavish clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center and pools.  Residents can purchase golf and social memberships at the country club and enjoy breathtaking strip and mountain views.   Home prices range from around 500K on up to seveal million. 

SUN CITY ANTHEM is an age-restricted community  - a young and active retirement community at the top of the foothills. Developed by Pulte-Del Webb, homes range from 1,200 square feet to over 2,000 square feet.  Price of homes on the market start in the 200's and go up over a million.  This is a golf cart community  that features an elegant clubhouse - The Anthem and Independence Center that includes a restaurant, arts and craft centers, computer rooms, state-of-the-art fitness centers where residents enjoy socializing, cards, exercise, billiards, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bocce ball courts and tennis courts.  And of course golf.  A great place to retire!  No LID here and very reasonable fees.

ANTHEM HIGHLANDS is a family community with a great selection of floor plans that range from 1500 to approximately 3500 square feet and range in price from the $200's to the $700's.

ANTHEM  COVENTRY is a family area with home prices ranging from the 200's to about $900,000, floor plans range from 1500 to about 4400 square feet. 

SOLERA AT ANTHEM is an active adult retirement community of  Anthem that is more moderately priced than Sun City Anthem.  Floor plans range from a little over 1100 square feet to almost 1800 square feet and price ranges from the low 200's to around $400,000.   Solera at Anthem has it's own clubhouse and exercise facilities, tennis course and pools and is not part of Anthem Sun City.
