There is a difference between a real estate agent and a Realtor®. 
  • A real estate agent has become licensed by passing the real estate exam.  That is the only requirement to be a Las Vegas real estate agent.  The agent may or may not have experience and ethical standards
  • A Las Vegas Realtor®  is a member of the National Association of Realtors®  who, by being accepted into the organization, subscribes to, and is required to maintain a stringent code of ethics that assures the highest level of integrity and service.  The designation of Realtor® can be taken away
Why Should I Use a Realtor® to Represent Me?
The purchase and/or sale of real estate is normally one of the largest financial investments most people experience in their entire lifetime, usually a minimum of $100,000 and up.  Consider this... If you had a $100,000 income tax problem, would you attempt to deal with it without the help of a CPA? Probably not.  If you had a $100,000 legal question, would you deal with it without the help of an attorney?  Probably shouldn't.  It only makes sense to use the very best Las Vegas Realtor® to guide you through your Las Vegas Real Estate transaction.
