The Residences at MGM Grand are being built by Turnberry who also developed Turnberry Place in partnership with The  MGM Grand.  This is the first condo-hotel on The Strip.   Less than 100 units in Tower C are remaining. 

There will be three 38 story towers  with 576 elegantly and fully furnished studio, one and two bedroom suites, fully and elegantly furnished with state of the art kitchens, appliances, flat screen TVs, beautiful cabinetry and even silverware and linen.  

The ammenities include everything that the  MGM Grand offers, the 171,000-square-foot casino, five outdoor pools or the Grand Spa with 30 treatment rooms and a fitness center as well as restaurants and fine dining.   There is also a private fully staffed owner's lounge complete with concierge services.
